FAQ
Why does my Harut have a smell after unpacking?
To protect the silicone backing of your Harut, we applied a protective film. Unfortunately, we later discovered that this method can trap the natural odor of the silicone. When you remove the film, you may notice a strong smell; this is completely normal and temporary, and it will not affect the performance of the pad or base. We recommend allowing the base to air out for a few minutes, after which the odor should dissipate.
We apologize for any inconvenience and are actively working on a better solution for future releases.
How do I clean my mouse pad?
We recommend using a microfiber cloth and some water to gently wipe down your pad. For tough stains, mix a small amount of dish soap or glass cleaner with the water.
Make sure the surface is dry before use.
What type of mouse feet can I use?
We do not recommend the use of any glass feet with our pads. This may damage both the surface of the pad and the feet.
We recommend using PTFE feet. For the best experience, utilize the X-raypad Obsidian Air dot skates provided with our pad!

Do you ship worldwide?
We currently do not ship worldwide, as we are a small operation based in the USA. However, we are actively working to expand our reach globally by partnering with international retailers and distributors to provide local purchasing options for our customers around the world.

Can I purchase items from a past drop?
Each of our serialized drops is a limited edition, so once they sell out, they won’t be re-released.
However, we may drop a non-serialized version of a previous pad in the future.
